We would like to thank everyone for the interest shown in the proposals. We thought you would be interested in an update to the proposals and we have produced a new image of how the site will appear.

• We can confirm that all eleven apartments will be let at London Affordable Rent. The homes will be made available to households on Ealing Council’s waiting list. There will be 3 one-bedroom flats, 6 two-bedroom flats and 2 two-bedroom maisonettes.

• The community space will be c. 52 sqm and will be used as a community-managed library.

• We will be seeking PassivHaus classic accreditation, a comparable standard to zero net carbon buildings.

• We are keen to work with Wood End Infant School to improve the boundary between the two buildings and access to the school.

We welcome any further comments on the plans. Let us know your views. Consultation will conclude at midday on Wednesday 2 September. Following this, a planning application will be made to the London Borough of Ealing Planning Department, who will carry out their own statutory consultation.
